Indoor Benchrest League

 

We will be shooting indoor benchrest league. The matches will be on the first and third Saturday’s. Sign up will start at 9:00 am with first relay at 9:45 am.

Any 22 LR rifle may be used, any sight. There will be two classes factory stock tapered barrel and all others. The Match director will decide which class your rifle falls into. All you need is to bring your 22 and ammo. Everyone will all be shooting either from a bipod or sandbags only for front rest and no rear rest or bags. Guns with hooks will need to remove them before shooting. No extra shooting gear may be used, just your gun and your skill. 

 

Match rules.

 

There will be a 10 minutes to sight in and 30 minutes to shoot the match. We will be shooting the USBR target (The Green Monster). It consists of 25 bulls with 3 sighters. The match will be shoot for high score. High score wins. It will cost $4 to shoot that covers your target with a $1 pay back to the high shooters.  After the match is over shooting is “not” over we will have Know Your Limit Matches after the main match. That is a target with bulls that keep getting smaller. Shoot till you think you can’t hit the bull, if you miss a bull your score will be 0. So you must stop before you miss. We can throw a dollar in a kitty and the winner takes all. We can shoot as many times as you want to shoot.  You don’t have to put anything in a kitty if you don’t want to, it will be for bragging rights just for fun. All up to you.
